MechaContract

AI-powered contract and specification risk analysis for mechanical contractors.

01 / Overview

What is MechaContract?

MechaContract is SimpleMecha's contract intelligence module. It reads construction contracts and technical specifications, identifies risk clauses, flags unusual or non-standard terms, and delivers a structured analysis with actionable decision output.

Before a single bid is submitted, MechaContract tells you what you are signing up for.

02 / Functionality

What MechaContract Does

MechaContract processes uploaded contract documents and technical specifications. It summarizes the full document in plain language, extracts and categorizes risk clauses, identifies terms that deviate from industry standards, and produces a visual analysis with charts and risk breakdowns.

At the end of every analysis, MechaContract delivers a clear decision output: the risks, the red flags, and the factors that should inform whether and how you proceed.

No more reading through hundreds of pages before a bid deadline. No more missing a clause that costs you the project.

03 / Audience

Who is MechaContract For?

MechaContract is built for MEP contractors, bid managers, legal reviewers, and project directors who deal with complex contracts and specifications on a regular basis.

If your team has ever been surprised by a contract clause mid-project, MechaContract was built for you.

Three user licenses are included per firm.

04 / The Advantage

Why MechaContract?

Construction contracts are dense, complex, and written to protect the party that wrote them. Most contractors do not have the time or the legal bandwidth to conduct a thorough risk analysis before every bid.

MechaContract closes that gap.

It does not replace legal counsel. It gives your team the intelligence to know when legal counsel is needed, and exactly where to look.
