The work behind every estimate
A construction estimate is more than a total. It is a set of decisions about what is included, how quantities are interpreted, which prices apply and what remains uncertain. The information behind those decisions can be spread across bills of quantities, specifications, spreadsheets and supplier offers.
Bringing that information together takes work. A changed quantity, an overlooked requirement or an outdated price can affect the estimate and the time needed to review it. We see an opportunity to reduce the repeated preparation and checking that stand between project information and an informed commercial decision.
